Yes. CatFleet is a division of Kovas LLC, a California Limited Liability Company in good standing. Our EIN and W-9 are available for vendor onboarding. Entity documentation can be provided upon request.
What insurance coverage do you carry?
We carry $1,000,000 per-occurrence commercial auto insurance covering all fleet vehicles and drivers. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is included with every quote. We can also add your organization as an additional insured on our policy.
How do I add CatFleet to our approved vendor list?
Contact us via the quote request form and specify that you need vendor onboarding documentation. We'll provide a complete package including W-9, COI, business license, and any additional forms your procurement team requires.
Are your drivers background-checked?
Yes. All CatFleet drivers undergo background screening prior to onboarding. Driver qualification files are maintained in compliance with commercial vehicle standards and are available for review upon request.
What food safety standards do you follow?
Our handling procedures are aligned with ServSafe guidelines. We use temperature-controlled transport for applicable deliveries and maintain chain-of-custody documentation for every order. Food safety training records are on file for all drivers.
Can you provide proof of delivery for audit purposes?
Yes. Every delivery is logged with GPS timestamps and a digital proof of delivery. Delivery records are retained for 12 months and can be provided for compliance audits or dispute resolution.
