These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CatFleet website and any catering logistics services provided by Kovas LLC, a California Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). CatFleet is a registered division of Kovas LLC.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

CatFleet provides business-to-business catering logistics services, including but not limited to: automated dispatch coordination, GPS-tracked delivery, catering equipment transport, and on-demand and scheduled delivery routes within Orange County, California.

All services are subject to availability, geographic coverage, and the terms of any separate service agreement entered into between the Company and the client. Submission of a quote request through this website does not constitute a binding service agreement.

This website and our services are intended for business use only. By submitting a quote request or otherwise engaging with CatFleet, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and have the authority to enter into agreements on that entity's behalf.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or engage our services.

Submitting a quote request through this website initiates a non-binding inquiry. A binding service agreement is only formed when both parties have executed a written agreement or confirmed terms in writing (including via email).

Quoted pricing is subject to change based on delivery volume, route complexity, scheduling requirements, and fuel costs. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to service commencement.

When engaging CatFleet's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information, including addresses, contact names, and timing requirements
• Ensure that a responsible party is available at the delivery location at the agreed time
• Notify us promptly of any changes to delivery requirements or cancellations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the food and catering items being transported

Cancellation and modification policies will be specified in your service agreement. In general, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to decline service requests that cannot be fulfilled within our operational capacity.

Kovas LLC carries $1,000,000 per-occurrence commercial auto insurance covering all CatFleet fleet vehicles and drivers. A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.

Our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our failure to perform services as agreed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, event cancellations, or damages arising from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including traffic, weather, or road closures).

We are not responsible for the condition, quality, or safety of food or catering items provided by the client. Our responsibility is limited to the transport and delivery of items as directed.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Kovas LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through any contact form or communication channel
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this website without our written permission

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
